The nature of Runescape's system makes it impervious to hacking. However, this does not mean that the game cannot be cheated. Special macros have been developed that can use runescape's user interface to automatically perform tasks. This means that you can gain experience without even being at your compter!
Unfortunately this is against the rules of runescape and should never be done.
But, in theory, if someone did want to download free autocutters, autofighters, or autominers, one of best places to start your search would be our Autobots page.
